The Partners, having all spent significant time at leading global consulting firms such as McKinsey & Co., A.T. Kearney, Accenture, The Boston Consulting Group, Booz-Allen and Mercer Management Consulting, wanted to build a firm that provided the value these distinguished firms delivered while remaining deeply involved in project work throughout their careers.
