Robert Zabors is a founding Director of Bridge Strategy Group. Prior to Bridge, Bob's consulting experience included Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Renaissance Worldwide, CSC Planmetrics and internal consulting at Baxter International.
Bob has over 15 years experience consulting for companies across a variety of industries including energy, telecom, financial services and consumer goods. His areas of focus include strategy definition and implementation (including launching new business lines, M&A, organizational design and performance management), operational improvement and marketing effectiveness.
