Robert Kacergis
Bob is a Principal at Bridge Strategy Group. Bob has extensive management consulting and operational experience in the consumer and wholesale financial services sectors. He has particular expertise and interest in consumer-oriented marketing, strategy, service strategy, and online services. Bob has experience in product management, product/SBU strategy, operational effectiveness, and sales force strategy.
Prior to joining Bridge Strategy in 2008, Bob was a Director within Merrill Lynch’s Wealth Management Group with responsibility for product strategy for direct retail and cross-over marketing into the retirement business. Earlier in his career, Bob led the financial services practice at a boutique consultancy, and was an executive in The Vanguard Group’s Online Services Division. Bob started his professional career with McKinsey’s Chicago office.
