Manager
A Managing Consultant‘s primary role is ensuring high quality delivery and providing content leadership on client projects. As a critical member of the core delivery team, an MC leads the work by pushing the Bridge and client team’s thinking forward and maintaining focus on the critical issues and highest priorities in the client’s business environment.
Requirements:
- MBA required
- Must have 2 years experience with a management consulting firm in the areas of strategy, development, organizational effectiveness, and operations improvement, including experience in a manager role
- Demonstrate an ability to think strategically and identify critical business issues

- Have strong interpersonal and networking skills

Consultant
A Consultant’s primary role is delivering value on client projects through solid analytics and problem solving. As a core member of the client project delivery team, a Consultant identifies key business issues in his/her area of responsibility and understands the implications of these issues on the project as a whole.
Requirements:

- Have 2-3 years experience with a top-tier management consulting firm in the areas of strategy, development, organizational effectiveness, and operations improvement

Job Description:
- Structuring ill-defined problems
- Developing and applying relevant conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches

Associate Consultant
An Associate Consultant’s primary role is delivering value on client projects through critical research, solid analytics and problem solving. As a core member of the delivery team, an AC contributes to identifying business issues and draws preliminary implications in his/her area of study.
Requirements:
- Have an undergraduate degree in business or engineering
- Have 2-3 years work experience in management consulting, internal corporate consulting, investment banking or private equity
- Be well versed in quantitative analytical techniques
- Be familiar with basic business concepts
- Possess entrepreneurial drive and spirit
- Live or be willing to relocate to Chicago
Job Description:
- Independently executing basic industry or company research
- Undertaking industry or company level financial analysis
- Building quantitative models and interpreting results
- Conducting fact-finding phone or in-person interviews and summarizing key findings
- Creating succinct and easy to understand written end products
- Working collaboratively with other consultants and client personnel
